Ipanema is a beach located on the southern zone
of the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The beach was immortalized in the song "Girl from Ipanema",
written by Antonio Carlos Jobim and performed by Jobim,
Joao and Astrud Gilberto, and Stan Getz.
The beach in Ipanema is world-renowned.
Populated with tiny bikini clad bodies and many rich Brazilian youths,
the beach is a symbol of pleasure and wealth.

Churrasco (pronounced shoo-RAS-koo) or Brazilian barbecue
was the traditional staple food of the gauchos or cowboys of
Southern Brazil for centuries before it spread to
Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo.
Restaurants specializing in Brazilian barbecue have become
very fashionable all over Brazil and around the world.
These are called churrascaria de rodizio because waiters move
from table to table bringing different types of meats on skewers
from which they slice portions onto your plate.
The skewered meat is cooked over Mesquite coals in a pit.
Originally gauchos had their own churrasco knives
which were used to cut pieces of meat from the spit.
Your churrasco experience at Grille From Ipanema is the real thing.
